ABOUT US

Bridget Geiger, Rph

I am a type 1 diabetic and pharmacist. Over the years I have struggled with stress from work which led to poor eating habits, irregular sleep patterns and anger.

Wanting to improve my health I began the Dr. Sears Prime-Time Health program. After feeling more balanced from a better diet and mindfulness through meditation and sound baths I wanted to share this with others. I became a certified health coach with Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, a certified meditation guide through Unplug Meditation and a certified sound practitioner through The Ohm Store. I would love to help others alleviate nutrition related diseases such as high blood pressure, arthritis, type 2 diabetes and obesity among others and help them reconnect with their inner balance and thrive through mindful living.
